Virtual Private Server (VPS)
A VPS is built, tested, and delivered to our clients typically within 2-8 hours of subscription activation. It may take as long as 24 hours if there is a large queue of orders. Applies to Trader VPS+, Daytrader VPS+ and Professional VPS+ in Futures & Stocks VPS plans, PRO-FX and MAX-FX in Forex VPS plans, Minnow, Shark and Whale in Crypto VPS plans, Chartist and Chartmaster in GPU VPS plans, Alpha Mark-1, Alpha Mark-2 and Alpha Mark-3 in Alpha Series Ryzen 7950X-Powered VPS plans.
Dedicated Servers
Since dedicated servers are physical machines, they take a little longer, typically within 12 hours – up to 24 hours if there is a large queue of orders. Applies to Special, Institutional, and Quant Dedicated Server plans.
