Technical Benefits

Gamma Series Benefits

CPU

Responsive Charting Under Load

NVIDIA L4 graphics keep heatmaps, DOM, footprints, indicators, and multi-monitor workspaces responsive as visual complexity rises.

Charts redraw faster, dense order-flow views stay fluid, and switching, zooming, or resizing workspaces feels closer to a local workstation during busy market sessions.

CPU

More GPU Memory. More Charting Headroom.

Gamma reserves 2, 6, or 12 GB of GDDR6 memory for your VPS.

More GDDR6 gives high-resolution monitors, live charts, heatmaps, footprints, and visual layers room to stay open together. ECC DDR5 keeps platform data, indicators, and Windows processes fast and stable alongside them.

CPU

Parallel Analysis & AI

CUDA cores accelerate large batches of calculations. Tensor cores handle the mathematics behind machine-learning models.

CUDA divides Monte Carlo runs, simulations, backtests, and quantitative calculations across thousands of GPU cores. Tensor cores specialize in model training, inference, and signal validation, where the same matrix calculations repeat at scale.

CPU

Ryzen 9 9950X Processing Power

Dedicated CPU resources handle the work the GPU does not.

Platform logic, feeds, automation, order management, and Windows processes stay on fast Ryzen 9 processing while the L4 handles chart rendering and large calculation jobs.

CPU

More Calculations At Once

Thousands of GPU cores process large batches in parallel instead of waiting through them one by one.

That cuts through Monte Carlo runs, repeated strategy calculations, market simulations, and large data jobs faster, leaving the Ryzen CPU free to keep the trading platform and Windows session responsive.

Data Center

0-1ms CME Latency From Chicago

Exchange-adjacent infrastructure with 10 Gbps capacity, redundant carriers, optimized routing, and built-in DDoS protection.

Place Gamma close to CME, broker, and market-data systems so orders and data travel less distance. Multiple carriers and route options keep one network path from becoming the whole plan.

CPU

Managed 24/7

Skilled humans with trading-platform, Windows, Linux, and GPU-workload fluency are available around the clock.

Support can provision the server, troubleshoot the operating system, separate a platform problem from an infrastructure problem, and size the plan around the actual workload. Management is included.

CPU

Layered Security

Facility controls, firewalls, encrypted RDP, DDoS mitigation, and audited controls protect different parts of the environment.

Biometric facility access protects the hardware. Hardware and software firewalls protect the server. Layer 3, 4, and 7 filtering helps keep attack traffic away from platform access and market-data connections. ChartVPS is SOC 2 Type I compliant.

CPU

Windows Server 2025 or Ubuntu 24.04

Choose the operating system required by the trading platform or research tools.

Run Bookmap, NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, TradeStation, GPU research tools, and other supported software in a managed remote environment. Support can confirm the right operating system before provisioning.

CPU + GPU Architecture

What The GPU Actually Does

Gamma pairs two kinds of processing. Ryzen 9 keeps Windows, platform logic, market-data feeds, automation, and order management responsive. NVIDIA L4 takes on graphics and large batches of calculations: Bookmap heatmaps, DOM and footprint rendering, high-resolution chart walls, Monte Carlo simulations, accelerated backtests, optimization runs, and quantitative analysis. CUDA cores divide those jobs across thousands of processors. Tensor cores specialize in the matrix mathematics used by machine-learning models. The result is a smoother trading workspace with more headroom for analysis running beside it.

GPU Capacity

Choose By Charts, Screens & Resolution

Every Gamma tier uses the same L4 architecture. Dedicated GDDR6 memory increases from 2 to 6 to 12 GB, giving the VPS more room for live charts, higher resolutions, heatmaps, indicators, and visual layers. To put real limits behind those numbers, we built the same trading layout in each Gamma profile and progressively added candlestick charts, indicators, gridlines, monitors, resolution, and rendering fidelity until GPU memory became the constraint.

  • Tested with six 1440p monitors and about 24 live chart windows
  • Rendering stayed smooth, with peaks up to 988 fps across the workload
  • Best fit: multi-monitor 1440p trading setups

Measured ceiling

Gamma Mark 2

γ2
6 GBdedicated GPU memory

  • Tested with six 4K monitors and 36 live chart windows
  • Rendering stayed smooth, with peaks up to 460 fps across the workload
  • Added room for higher-fidelity rendering settings
  • Best fit: 4K chart walls and heavier visual workspaces

Measured ceiling

Gamma Mark 3

γ3
12 GBdedicated GPU memory

Maximum GPU-Memory Headroom

  • 12 GB of dedicated GDDR6 memory, twice Mark 2
  • More room for 4K screens, chart windows, high-fidelity rendering, and parallel workloads
  • Best fit: the heaviest Gamma workspaces

Benchmark in progress

Measured inside a Gamma virtual machine on an NVIDIA L4 with hardware rendering enabled. The workload adds live candlestick charts, indicators, gridlines, price and time axes, monitors, resolution, and rendering fidelity until dedicated GPU memory becomes the constraint. Smooth means at least 60 fps with p95 frame time below 16.7 ms. One chart window is one live instrument tile.

Order flow trading setup with multiple monitors

Trading Workloads

Built for Order Flow

Bookmap, Sierra Chart, NinjaTrader, and TradeStation can put dozens of visual layers on screen at once: heatmaps, DOM, footprints, Time & Sales, TPO, Renko, and Volume Profile. L4 graphics keep those views responsive while Ryzen 9 processing handles platform logic, feeds, automation, and the rest of the trading session.

Multi-Monitor Trading

Built for High-Resolution Charting

Professional chartist using multiple monitors

Order-flow platforms can ask a lot from graphics hardware. Bookmap heatmaps, Sierra Chart studies, DOM surfaces, footprints, Volume Profile, Time & Sales, VWAP, and several live instruments all redraw as market data changes. Across multiple high-resolution monitors, that visual workload adds up quickly.

Gamma gives those views dedicated GDDR6 memory and L4 rendering power, keeping charts smoother while zooming, scrolling, switching instruments, and rearranging layouts. Mark-1 covers tested 1440p setups. Mark-2 adds room for heavier 4K layouts. Mark-3 provides the most GPU-memory headroom before graphics become the bottleneck.

Where Gamma Earns Its Place

Machine Learning

Use L4 Tensor cores for model training, inference, and validation. Tensor cores specialize in the repeated matrix mathematics behind machine-learning research.

GPU-Accelerated Backtesting

Run GPU-aware research in custom MetaTrader 5/OpenCL code, Python with CuPy or RAPIDS, MATLAB GPU tools, and custom CUDA engines. Platform-native backtests still benefit from Gamma's Ryzen 9 processing.

Order Flow & Heatmaps

Render Bookmap heatmaps, DOM surfaces, footprints, and other graphics-heavy order-flow views with dedicated GDDR6 memory and L4 graphics power.

Quantitative Analysis

Process large price and volume datasets, matrix calculations, model scoring, and repeated strategy tests in parallel, leaving more CPU headroom for the live platform.

Market Simulation

CUDA is NVIDIA's platform for sending large calculation jobs to the GPU. It can split Monte Carlo runs and scenario generation across thousands of cores instead of processing one path after another.

Multi-Monitor Charting

Give 1440p and 4K chart walls more rendering headroom as chart count, overlays, resolution, and visual fidelity increase.

Put the GPU Where Trading Runs

Run GPU-accelerated charting, order flow, backtesting, and quantitative analysis on NVIDIA L4 plus Ryzen 9 9950X, managed 24/7 from exchange-adjacent Chicago.
