TradingView – How to clear cache

If TradingView is running slowly, getting stuck on “Loading Data,” or not displaying charts properly- the issue might be caused by stored cache or cookies. Over time, these can accumulate and interfere with the platformโ€™s performance. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to clear your cache and cookiesโ€”often the quickest fix for restoring smooth functionality in TradingView.

Browser (Web App)

  1. Open TradingView in a browser you’ve been using it in (in our case Chrome), then go to Site Settings:

  2. Click on Delete Data:

  3. You will receive the notification that you’ll be signed out and that the cached files will be deleted. Select Delete to confirm:

App Version

  1. Search Windows for "Apps", then open Add or remove programs:

  2. In the list of installed programs- find TradingView and choose Advanced Options:

  3. You will then see Repair button and Reset button:

  4. To clear cache- select Reset and confirm. Wait until you see the checkmark, once you see it- process has been completed:
