Where to Find Your Support PIN
- Head over to your ChartVPS account via this link: http://portal.chartvps.com/ and login to the client Portal.
- Once youโre in, the main My Dashboard screen will come up.
Your Account Support PIN is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen above the Account Information section.
- Click "Show full PIN" and share your PIN with the support team to continue getting help.

The Account Support PIN is a unique identifier that confirms you are the rightful account holder. By verifying this PIN, our support team can:
