Frequently Asked Questions

Can I set up alerts for app crashes for any trading platform that I use?

Yes. Any Windows process -  including trading platforms that you are running on your VPS or dedicated server - can be tracked using ServerIQ. Simply locate the app you wish to track in the "Processes" tab and use the name when configuring a new Alert. 

Do I need to log into my server to set up or modify ServerIQ notifications?

No. You can configure your ServerIQ notifications without needing to log into your server. After your VPS or dedicated server is set up, we'll send you instructions about how to access ServerIQ, which can be done through a browser without needing to log into your server first.

Can you help me set up custom notifications using ServerIQ?

Absolutely. Send us a message, and we'll be happy to help you configure any custom notifications that you're looking for. 

Do you provide any notification alternatives other than email?

For the time being, no. We only support email notifications. But we're always looking to innovate at ChartVPS, and text notifications are on our radar!
