It depends. Each job is different. Once you've submitted your application, we'll review it and reach out with more details within a few business days. We may request one or more remote interviews with various members from our team. We're a company with a flatter hierarchy, so you may even get the opportunity to interview with our CEO! But don't worry, these interviews are meant to be relaxed and conversational, so that we can get to know you better as a person. Just be yourself.
We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, but we also have team members in Serbia, India, and the Philippines. We consider ourselves to be geo-agnostic and are open to hiring folks from all over the world.
Weโre embracing a flexible work environment with both remote and in-person rolesโand weโre opening more office locations soon. Each job listing will clearly state whether itโs remote, on-site, or hybrid, so you can find the setup that suits you best.

But we do expect you to do your research about the company and the industry. A baseline level of knowledge is critical for us to be able to have an effective conversation with you.
