It depends. Each job is different. Once you've submitted your application, we'll review it and reach out with more details within a few business days. We may request one or more remote interviews with various members from our team. We're a company with a flatter hierarchy, so you may even get the opportunity to interview with our CEO! But don't worry, these interviews are meant to be relaxed and conversational, so that we can get to know you better as a person. Just be yourself.
For our Client Support Specialist roles, we may ask you some mini case questions. There's no right or wrong answers to these. Rather, we're looking to understand how you think, how you approach problems, how resourceful you are, and how you handle unknowns.
We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, but we also have team members in Serbia, India, and the Philippines. We consider ourselves to be geo-agnostic and are open to hiring folks from all over the world.
