Every new subscription keeps its starting base price for at least 36 months. ChartVPS does not add annual increases or a higher renewal rate during that guaranteed period.

No. It is a commitment from ChartVPS, not a contract term for the customer. You can cancel the subscription at any time.

It protects the base price of the subscription you started. Optional add-ons, voluntary plan changes, and taxes required by law are separate and shown before they are charged.

The formal guarantee covers at least the first 36 months. ChartVPS has historically kept many customers on legacy pricing beyond that point, but the published commitment is the minimum three-year period.
