It depends. Each job is different. Once you've submitted your application, we'll review it and reach out with more details within a few business days. We may request one or more remote interviews with various members from our team. We're a small company, so you may even get the opportunity to interview with our CEO! But don't worry, these interviews are meant to be relaxed and conversational, so that we can get to know you better as a person. Just be yourself.
We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, but we also have team members in Serbia, India, and the Philippines. We consider ourselves to be geo-agnostic and are open to hiring folks from all over the world.
We're currently a 100% remote company; however, we do plan on offering in-person work options as our team continues to grow. For now, you can just make yourself cozy at home.
The best answer for this is that there is no "typical" day. For our customer support team, each day can be unique. Just as the markets change frequently, so do customer demands. And with our relatively small size comes the ability to adapt to changing demands quickly. In other words, there's always something to keep you engaged.Â
First and foremost, be yourself. We're looking for authentic people who aren't trying to tell us what we want to hear. Rather, we're looking for natural fits - people who share our values and interests and want to contribute to the goals of the company.
Second, come prepared. We don't expect every applicant to have a complete, unshakable understandable of the financial hosting industry. But we do expect you to do your research about the company and the industry. A baseline level of knowledge is critical for us to be able to have an effective conversation with you.
Finally, don't be afraid to ask questions. We value curiosity, and it shows us that you have a genuine interest in the subject matter.Â
