ChartVPS is on the lookout for a dynamic Client Support Specialist who knows how to troubleshoot complex technical problems and think creatively in an environment that bridges the gap between finance and technology. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: industry average for your geographic region +10-20% (commensurate with your experience)
  • Annual salary increase of inflation +1-5% (commensurate with performance)

What You'll Do

  • Provide the human touch our acclaimed support is known for by engaging with customers via web chat, phone calls, and support tickets.
  • Effectively juggle competing priorities such as customer queries, order fulfillment, issue troubleshooting, and other internal tasks.
  • Craft a variety of client support tools such as Helpdesk guides or YouTube tutorials, to align them with the constantly changing landscape of trading.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team across the globe to efficiently troubleshoot complex technical problems.

Who You Are

  • Youโ€™ve got excellent command of English and a knack for communicating in a genuine and personable way.
  • Youโ€™re either experienced in or excited by the worlds of finance, fintech, hosting, or trading.
  • You’re known for approaching complex technical problems in a logical and structured manner.
  • You’re comfortable interacting with customers from many different backgrounds, from newbie traders to savvy professionals.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior client support experience for tech and/or finance brands.
  • Understanding of VPS hosting, algorithmic trading, or trading platforms (we love a quick learner too!).
  • A sense of humor and an appreciation for keeping things lively.
