holy smokes chartvps has killer customer service. if you are a trader and need a vps, it's the single obvious choice b/c of their support for the various trading apps. i was considering amazon before chartvps and realize what a nightmare that would have been. dodged a bullet b/c i really needed the extra customer service with the trading apps. (i use multicharts and tradestation) 100% completely satisfied. have used chat for all my service pings - and it's all i've needed and i'm needy.

I have been with ChartVPS for a number of years now, and recently had an issue with what I thought was a limit on my servers capabilities. I reached out to customer service and Erlie gave me some great pointers on how to more efficiently use my server instead of upgrading.
